Quran 17:70

Certes, Nous avons honoré les fils d'Adam. Nous les avons transportés sur terre et sur mer, leur avons attribué de bonnes choses comme nourriture, et Nous les avons nettement préférés à plusieurs de Nos créatures.

And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.

With sins effaced, with doubts at end, with hearts
Governed and calm. Glad in all good they live,
Nigh to the peace of God; and all those live
Who pass their days exempt from greed and wrath,
Subduing self and senses, knowing the Soul!

En ces instants où nous sommes en contact, le vide doit se faire en toi et laisser la place à cette vibration spéciale, qui nous permet de communiquer. Laisse s’éloigner les soucis, et retrouve la sérénité qui permet au médium une complète disponibilité.

La pratique spirituelle demande, elle aussi, un détachement approprié lorsque les circonstances l’imposent. On ne peut l’aborder que le cœur offert et réceptif aux bienfaits qu’elle engendre.

Il n’est pas toujours facile, pour beaucoup de nos frères, de se consacrer à ce travail en toute tranquillité. Dans ces circonstances, il est bon de parvenir à faire le vide en soi qui permet d’atteindre d’autres rivages, apportant l’apaisement.

La sadhana permet à l’aspirant maîtrisant cet exercice de s’isoler à tout moment, s’il le souhaite. Le refuge est en lui ; l’aspiration de l’âme à s’élever vers le Divin ne se satisfait pas des turbulences de la vie matérielle.

Sachez faire la part des choses et réserver le temps nécessaire à l’édification de ce temple sacré, où se recrée l’essence même de la vie, la seule qui vaille. Tout est illusion en ce monde, vous le savez, alors ne vous laissez pas prendre à ses filets. Préservez en vous l’essentiel, et affermissez-vous dans cette conviction : Dieu seul compte, le reste n’est que péripéties. »

Step back, withdraw into your heart where the best is worked out. In these moments when we are in contact, emptiness must be created in you, thus leaving room for this special vibration which enables us to communicate. Let worries fade away and revert to the serenity that allows a medium to be completely available.

Spiritual practice also requires specific surrender depending on the prevailing circumstances. It is only possible with a heart open and receptive to the resulting benefits.

It is not always easy for many of our brothers and sisters to devote themselves to this work with complete tranquillity. In these circumstances, it is good to be able to empty one's mind, which makes it possible to reach other shores that lead to a deep calm. Sadhana allows aspirants who can master this practice to withdraw at any time, if they so wish.

The refuge is within. The soul's aspiration to rise towards the Divine is not satisfied with the turbulence of material life.

May each of you know how to put things into perspective and set aside the necessary time to build this sacred temple, where the very essence of life is recreated, the only one that is worth living. All is illusion in this world, as you know, so do not let

yourselves be caught in its clutches. Preserve within what is essential and get stronger in this conviction: God alone counts, the rest is only incidental.
